About CFL

For more than a decade, the Brookwood Center for Learning at The Brookwood Community has helped organizations create communities where adults with disabilities are valued, supported, and empowered. What started as a twice-yearly conference has grown into a hands-on learning center offering training, mentorship, and practical tools to replicate The Brookwood Way. Through experience-based education and real-world guidance, we equip leaders and teams to build sustainable programs rooted in dignity, purpose, and belonging-so more communities can transform lives locally and around the world.
